Where is the show location?

Road to Virginia is located at the Greater Richmond Convention Center, 403 N 3rd St, Richmond, VA 23219.

What are the hours of the show?

Thursday - Friday June 25-26, 2026 - 10AM - 5 PM
Saturday June 27 - 10 AM - 4 PM

When is the show?

Thursday through Saturday, June 25- 27 2026. Classes begin on Wednesday, June 24. There is no preview night for Road2VA.

Can I bring a Rolling Cart?

You can bring a rolling cart to wheel your class supplies to and from your vehicle and classroom. We do not allow rolling carts on the show room floor.

Can I bring a stroller?

We strongly advise not bringing strollers to Road to Virginia however - strollers for young children are permitted on all show days. Please be aware that Road to Virginia is an extremely busy show floor with shoulder to shoulder attendees through most of the aisles. As such we strongly advise you against using a stroller at Road. However, if you choose to use a stroller Road to California, Inc., the Greater Richmond Convention Center, the Oak View Group and the City of Richmond are not liable for any injuries, damages and other accidents that may occur.

How can I rent an ECV Scooter or Wheelchair?

We will be announcing in May how to rent a scooter. Please check back for more details.

How do I get to the show?

Please check out the Directions Page on the Greater Richmond Convention Center Website. Please note that the parking structure may fill up.
